1. Our Services
A&M Company is a loan facilitator / distribution partner. We help customers find and apply for personal loans, business loans, home loans, loans against property, credit cards and insurance products offered by banks, NBFCs and other regulated entities ("Lenders").
- We are not a lender and do not provide loans from our own funds.
- All loan and card decisions, including approval, amount, interest rate, fees, tenure and terms, are made solely by the Lender as per its own credit policy.
- We do not guarantee approval of any application or any particular interest rate or loan amount.
- Once a loan is sanctioned, your agreement is directly with the Lender, and the Lender's terms and conditions will apply.
2. Eligibility
To use our services you must be at least 18 years old, a resident of India, and legally able to enter into a binding contract. Additional eligibility criteria are set by each Lender.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Provide true, accurate, complete and up-to-date information and genuine documents.
- Do not submit forged documents or someone else's information. Doing so may lead to rejection and legal action.
- Read and understand the Lender's sanction letter, loan agreement and Key Fact Statement before accepting a loan.
- Repay your loan on time as per the Lender's terms. Late or missed payments may affect your credit score.
4. Fees and Charges
Interest rates, processing fees and other charges are decided by the Lender and will be shared with you before you accept an offer. Any service fee charged by us, if applicable, will be informed to you clearly in advance.
5. Communication Consent
By submitting your details, you authorise us and our partner Lenders to contact you by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry and related products. This consent overrides any registration under DND / NCPR. You can ask us to stop at any time by contacting us.
6. EMI Calculator and Website Information
The EMI calculator and all figures shown on this website, such as interest rates, timelines and loan amounts, are for illustration only. Actual EMI, rates and terms depend on the Lender and your profile. While we try to keep information accurate, we do not guarantee that the website is free from errors.
7. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data.
8. Intellectual Property
The website content, including text, design, logo and graphics, belongs to A&M Company. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Names of banks and NBFCs, if mentioned, belong to their respective owners.
9. Third-Party Links
This website may link to third-party websites, such as those of Lenders. We are not responsible for their content, policies or services.
10. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify A&M Company against any claim, loss or expense arising from false information or documents provided by you, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
